Work through all different variations of aerials, including cartwheels, one hand, helicopter, turn aerial, switch, to knee and adaptations in an out of your aerials to take your skills to the next level.
Working through the steps of back handsprings aswell as continuous tumbling, step outs, to chest roll, half twist and onodi’s to link all different variations of front and back handsprings throughout.
Looking at FLYING through the air through your front and back sucks, including tucks, layouts, alternative ways in and out of the skill, linking multiple together and punch fronts to give you a skill level above the rest!
Working through all different techniques and variations of front and back walkovers, leading to front aerials and transitions in and out of the skill to compliment choreography and make your skills unique!
