AcroPAD products including air tracks, air floors and all accessories are bespoke to order, therefore once deposit is received, we pay the factory and your deposit is non refundable.
*We offer a 100 day bounce guarantee. This means if after 100 days after day of delivery you are not happy with your product, you can return for free, no questions asked and full refund will be given! You just need to cover the return shipping.

Our 100-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to standard AcroPAD products purchased from stock.
This guarantee does not apply to bespoke or custom-made products, including any items manufactured to specific measurements, colours, branding, or other customised specifications requested by the customer.
Bespoke and custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases where a confirmed manufacturing defect falls outside the agreed specification or tolerance.

If you find on receiving your AcroPAD it is damaged or faulty, we ask you email hello@acropad.co immediately with a description of the fault and photos or video evidence where possible.
Once we receive your returned package, we will issue your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to original credit card only.

APPAREL RETURNS
Any items purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please note that we do not offer an option to exchange.
For a full refund within 14 days of the purchase, items must be unwashed, unworn and with the tags attached. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. If you would like a different size or colour, please follow the return process to refund the original item and then place a new order. Once we receive your returned package, we will issue your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to original credit card only.
