MEET OWEN: Hi my name is Owen. I am 16 years old and have been dancing since I was four years old. I live in a small town called Attleborough in Norfolk.

I train at the all male Legacy Dance Company UK and The Workshop Studios with Cat Chapman. I have been lucky enough to become an AcroPAD Athlete. I was so pleased to of been selected to be part of the AcroPAD athletes. I have always been inspired by the dancers by AcroPAD and many all of the teachers. I am overwhelmed to of been chosen to be part of the AcroPAD team.

I am extremely excited for the opportunities that I will experience within the company. I cannot wait to meet everyone and start training with you all!

WHAT'S IN YOUR DANCE BAG:  In my dance bag I have my workshop studios uniform, I also carry around my deodorant, LOTS of snacks and a massive water bottle!

FAVE ACRO MOVE:  My fave is a Rolling Tinsica it took me so long to learn but once I got it I have never stopped doing it! It’s so cool!

WHO IS YOUR HERO: 

ON MY REST DAY: I like to have a very long stretch to keep up with my flexibility and try and improve. I also practise my acro on my air track and learn many new skills! I finally like to spend time with a couple of friends.
