MEET FREYA: Hi my name is Freya. I’m 18 years old and I come from Northern Ireland.
On week days I train with the Professional Academy of Dance N.I. and at the weekend I travel to England where I have trained with Seek Dance Company, Performers Elite Essex and Birmingham, the O.H.C and iD-Company. l have also been a member of the CYD? Dance Star Company for the past five years. I am honoured to have captained Team N.I. at the Dance World Cup where I won a silver solo medal. I have appeared on CBBC’s Taking the Next Step Series 2 where I made it through to Nationals. I have assisted Dance Moms Star Kalani Hilliker and danced on the Move It and CYD? main stage. I have also danced in music videos for Jack and Conor Maynard, MacKenzie Sol and Tickled Pink.

WHAT'S IN YOUR DANCE BAG: Pointe shoes, demi pointes, ballet shoes, turning shoes, character shoes, change of clothes, stretch bands, yoga blocks, Hair Kit/ hair brushes/ hair spray, Covid Kit, First Aid Kit, weights, muscle rollers, water bottle, mirror, towel & a mask.
