Refund policy

BESPOKE ITEMS

AcroPAD products including tracks, floors and all accessories are bespoke to order, therefore once deposit is received, we pay the factory and your deposit is non refundable. 


HOME TRACK RETURNS

Any items purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please note that we do not offer an option to exchange. 

For a full refund within 14 days of the purchase, AcroPAD home tracks* can be returned if un opened and unused. We will not refund if the track has been opened and used or tested. It must be in its original condition. This does not include faulty items.

If you find on receiving your AcroPAD it is damaged or faulty, we ask you email hello@acropad.co immediately with a description of the fault and photos or video evidence where possible. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. 

Once we receive your returned package, we will issue your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to original credit card only.

APPAREL RETURNS

Any items purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please note that we do not offer an option to exchange. 

For a full refund within 14 days of the purchase, items must be unwashed, unworn and with the tags attached. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. If you would like a different size or colour, please follow the return process to refund the original item and then place a new order. Once we receive your returned package, we will issue your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to original credit card only.
