Beginners - working on the fundamental skills including bridges, handstands, cartwheels and variations leading towards aerials and back handsprings. The class will consist on a detailed warm up including cardio, stretch and strength and will develop in to specific skills to gain the understanding of the skills that they can lead to and will get a chance to learn the way we teach the popular tricks like an aerial and back handspring.

Intermediate - For students with a few years experience in acro and are looking to learn new skills. For students who have either their back handspring or aerial and are working for variations of walkovers. The class will consist of a warm up including cardio, strength and flexibility work which will lead on to variations of aerials, walkovers and handsprings.

Advanced - For students who are highly skilled and have already achieved both their aerial and back handspring. This class will consist of a big warm up including cardio, stretch and strength and skill specific exercises for tucks and twists and then will lead on to building on the students skill set, variations on walkovers, handsprings, floor acro and then working on front and back tucks and twists for those students who are ready!
