Pick your move
Choose the one skill you want to fix or learn, from a walkover to a back tuck. Book alone or with up to 2 friends working on the same move.

Get filmed
Practise on our AirTrack while your instructor films each attempt, so nothing gets missed.

See it, fix it
Our analysis app shows you on screen exactly where to make changes, with personal corrections from your instructor to help you reach your goal.

What happens in an AcroSurgery session?
You work on one move of your choice for 20 minutes. Your instructor films you as you practise, then uses our analysis app to show you on screen exactly where to make changes, with personal corrections to help you land it.
Can I book with friends?
Yes. Up to 3 students can share one slot, and the price per person drops the more of you there are. Everyone in the session works on the same move.
What move should I choose?
Any skill you're working on, whether you're close to landing it or want cleaner technique on one you already do. Choosing one move means you get the most out of your 20 minutes.
Where do sessions take place?
At the AcroPAD area at SuperWeekender? at the NEC Birmingham. Please arrive a few minutes before your slot so you're warmed up and ready.
