About this hire
AcroPAD is excited to launch the UK's first Competition Tracks & Floors for hire!
Available from 1 day to 7 day hire (If needed for Longer please get in touch).
Price Including two AcroPAD technicians to set up and monitor the production through out your event. Please allow 2hrs 30mins for set up. If you requirer a quicker set up time, we can supply extra staff at a cost or your team can support. We can bring this time down to 1hr 30min with an additional 2/3 people.
Evening set up available pre-event (additional £495) or set up on the morning of the event. This maybe required depending on distance travelled and start time of event.
Delivery & Collection charged at £0.42 per mile from our office LU5 4GP Bedfordshire.
Hire fees cover a 12hr day including set up a breakdown time. £150 (+ vat ) per hour will be charged for additional hours outside of the 12hrs day rate.

- Power tumbling and DMT - 26m x 2.4m x 30cm (No Flexi roll) power tumble track.

Who sets the floor up?
Two AcroPAD technicians are included in the price. They set up, monitor the floor throughout your event and pack it away afterwards.
How long does set-up take?
Please allow 2hrs 30mins. If you need a quicker set-up, we can bring extra staff. Just let us know when you book.
Can you set up the night before?
Yes. Add the night-before set-up in the booking box and we'll build your floor the evening before, so it's ready as soon as your event starts. Your venue will need to give us access that evening.
Which floor do we need?
The 16.4m x 12.8m floor is competition size for cheer, the 12.8m x 12.8m floor for gymnastics, and the 26m power tumble track for tumbling passes. Not sure? Book a call and we'll help you choose.
