Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about AcroPAD equipment, finance, returns, workshops and becoming an AcroPAD Centre.
Equipment
What's the difference between an AirTrack and an AirFloor?
AirTracks are long, narrow inflatable tracks built for tumbling lines and passes. AirFloors cover a much larger area, so a whole class or routine can train on them at once. Many studios combine the two with an AirWedge or AirRoller for skill progressions.
Can you make a custom size?
Yes. We can make any size. Let us know what size air track or air floor you want and we can price this up for you. Book a call with an expert to talk it through.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. AcroPAD tracks, floors and accessories are bespoke to order. Once your deposit is received, we place your order with the factory.
Do I need a pump?
An electric pump makes inflating and deflating quick and easy. You can add our Electric Pump to any order.
Can I hire equipment instead of buying it?
Yes. We hire out tracks and floors for cheer, gymnastics, tricking and tumbling, from single events to longer periods. See track and floor hire for options and prices.
Ordering & finance
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. With only a 33% deposit, you can pay the rest in 11 equal monthly payments at 0% APR. Finance is only available to UK residents aged 18 or over and doesn't include the delivery charge. See finance options.
When is my equipment delivered on finance?
Delivery follows your deposit and first monthly payment.
Is my deposit refundable?
Because tracks, floors and accessories are bespoke to order, we pay the factory once your deposit is received, so the deposit is non-refundable.
Can I talk to someone before I order?
Of course. Book a call with an expert or email hello@acropad.co and we'll help you choose the right setup for your space.
Returns & warranty
What warranty do you offer?
Every AcroPAD product comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering valves and seams. Each product, from tracks and floors to blocks, also goes through our 25-point check before it's sent out.
Can I return a home track?
Yes, for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as the home track is unopened, unused and in its original condition. We can't refund a track that has been opened, used or tested (this doesn't include faulty items). The original shipping fee isn't refunded, and we don't offer exchanges.
Can I return clothing?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as items are unwashed, unworn and have their tags attached. For a different size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. The original shipping fee isn't refunded.
My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
Email hello@acropad.co straight away with a description of the fault, plus photos or video where possible.
How long do refunds take?
We issue refunds within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned item, back to the original card only. Read our full returns policy.
Workshops
What workshops do you run?
We run 10 movement-specific workshops, plus private lessons, open workshops and parties. See all workshops.
How do I book a workshop?
Choose your workshop length and book online through AcroPAD Workshops. You can add an extra 30 minutes or an extra hour to any booking.
Is there a discount for booking several workshops?
Yes. Book 10 workshops and pay for 9. AcroPAD Centres and repeat customers also get dedicated workshop pricing.
Do participants need to sign anything?
Yes. Every participant needs to complete the AcroPAD liability form before the workshop.
